VISIT: Explore Downtown Gig Harbor
Gig Harbor is a summer playground filled with great eats, stunning views and waterfront adventure.
Today we are walking along Gig Harbor’s gorgeous waterfront with Diane - the owner of Treasure 4 Humanity - and it’s a walk filled with one delish dish, yummy drink, beautiful view, and unique local shop after another.
Gig Harbor is the Kitsap Peninsula’s southernmost city and is known for its upscale and elevated homes, dining and experiences. This relative poshness makes Gig Harbor a wonderful waterfront to explore on foot - a perfect date, family adventure, or solo exploration. Those with an adventurous spirit will enjoy the many pocket parks and will want to rent a kayak or SUP and explore Lighthouse Park. The foodie will swoon over the wine bars, restaurants & cafes that line Harborview Drive and the beer lover will make a beeline for 7 Seas Brewing.
We recommend coming on a market day and spending several hours walking along and stopping in where you feel called.
