Downtown Port Orchard is the home for many community events throughout the year but the Fathoms O’ Fun events, like the free Concerts on the Bay Series, are a summer highlight for local families. Live music is staged inside the Waterfront Park Pavilion, which includes amphitheater-style seating (utterly necessary for those drizzly days of early summer), views of both walk-on and vehicle ferry crossings within the Inlet, plus a great park for the kids. These events are fun for the whole family and are also within walking distance to a variety of dining options and most importantly treats(!!) like locally crafted fudge, chocolates, ice cream, donuts, baked goods, and coffee.
