It is what they are serving in heaven as we speak. But the menu and offerings on display go far beyond the best damn fried chicken sandwich in existence. Menu items like stir-fried eggplant with basil and chilies, lox and toast, Thai porky bowl, meatloaf sandwich, and spinach almond date salad make a trip to Butcher & Baker Provisions an adventure. It’s not just a slick name - Chef Adam Sawasy + team create artisanal charcuterie, sausages, pates, and hand-cut steaks, and roasts among other meaty treats.
